Usage
- Recommended dosage is 2% to 3% on flour weight and dosage may be increased if high sugar levels are used

Shelf Life / Recommended Storage
- 1 month, when stored in its original unopened packaging
- Store at temperature between 1 ºC to 4 ºC with good air circulation. Allow sufficient space between cartons to ensure efficient air circulation. Do not freeze the yeast
